How to Achieve Flow State
The art of finding and losing yourself at the same time
"Those who flow as life flows know they need no other force."
- Lao Tzu🙏
I shared a post on LinkedIn earlier this week about Flow State and a few people asked for more on the topic.
It is one of my favorite topics because it took me DECADES to find my flow.
And, that is why I do what I do as a coach.
I want to reduce the amount of time it takes for people to find their flow…in business or personal lives.
Because, once we find our flow, life really becomes magical.
SO… what is this magical Flow State?

Flow state, often referred to as "being in the zone," is a mental state where an individual is fully immersed in an activity, feeling energized, focused, and experiencing a sense of heightened creativity and productivity.
It's the feeling of time slipping away as you become completely absorbed in what you're doing.
Here, we are going to explore how this state of heightened focus and creativity can transform the way you work and live.
The Flow State Formula
Achieving flow state involves a delicate balance of challenge and skill. When the challenge of a task matches your skill level, you are more likely to enter a flow state.
Here's a quick formula:
Challenge level > Skill level = Anxiety
Challenge level < Skill level = Boredom
Challenge level = Skill level = Flow State
